ATTENTION EXHIBITORS: We have exciting plans and some wonderful changes in store for our 15th Annual Body Mind Spirit Fest! We’ll be sharing all the details later this summer on our website and through email updates for everyone who signs up during the 2026 event.
We are now accepting reservations for 2027. When reserving your space, please let us know your preferred booth location, along with your usual selections for tables, chairs, electricity, advertising, and lecture presentations.
Thank you for being such an important part of the Body Mind Spirit Fest community. We deeply appreciate the healing energy, creativity, and inspiration you bring to the event each year, and we look forward to welcoming you back in 2027!

Ad size: horizontal format only, 3.5 inches wide X 2 inches tall (1050 pixels wide X 600 pixels tall), 300ppi, should be print ready and in the following electronic formats: .png Lecturer headshots follow the same guidelines for electronic file formats.

Booths 1-3 = 7.5 feet deep X10 feet wide
Booths 4-5 = 7.5 feet deep X 9 feet wide
Booths 6-15 = 7.5 feet deep X 6.5 feet wide
Booths 16-17 = 7.5 feet deep X 6.25 feet wide
Booths 18-19 = 7.5 feet deep X 10 feet wide
Booths 20-22 = 7.5 feet deep X 7 feet wide
Booth 23 = 10 feet deep X 10 feet wide
Booth 24 = 9 feet deep X 15 feet wide
Booth 25 = 15 feet deep X 10 feet wide
Booths 26-27 = 7 feet deep X 6 feet wide
Booths 28-31 = 7 feet deep X 7 feet wide
Booths 32-34 = 8 feet deep X 8 feet wide
Booths R1-R4 = 5 feet deep X 5 feet wide
Booths O1-O4 = 10 feet deep X 10 feet wide
ATTENTION
As we reimagine the event, some booths may be eliminated or combined.
Booths 23-25 are on a raised (2-step) platform.
Booths 26-34 are in an adjoining room.
Booths R1-R4 are in an adjoining room and are reserved for Readers only - no product sales.
Booths O1-O4 are located OUTSIDE. Exhibitors must provide their own 10X10 tent, tables, and chairs. No cancellations due to inclement weather.
The following booths have access to electricity:
1-5, 17, 20-34, R1-R4
The following booths do NOT have access to electricity: 18-19, O1-O4
The following booths have limited access to electricity: 6-15 (Only 6 spaces within this group can have electricity.)
Each booth comes with 2 chairs and
(as available**) 1 undraped table (booths O1-O4 must provide their own tables and chairs).
Let us know if you need more than 2 chairs
(no charge for additional chairs).
Due to booth size/access, the following booth is restricted to 1 four-foot table: 21
The Reader Room tables are four-foot only with a maximum of four chairs per table.
** We have a limited number of 6 foot tables available on a first come, first served basis. **
NOTE: All of this information can be found on the application!
In order to maintain a balanced number of service providers and products, no substitutions or changes of services or products are allowed after your application has been accepted, without the permission of the event organizer. Exhibitors shall not assign, sublet, subcontract or apportion their booth space without the permission of the event organizer. Be aware that we have sound healers at this event. Let us know if you record your sessions and we will work with you to find an appropriate booth location.
