Friday, June 7, 2024 ~ Good Vibes Friday
5:00pm
- Body Mind Spirit Fest begins - Admission is just $7.00 daily or $10.00 for a weekend pass! The first 30 people to purchase a ticket on Good Vibes Friday will receive a gift! Spot the Bus! If you're in the area, keep an eye out for our ad on the back of the Valley Metro buses. Take a picture, show it to us when you get to the event, and you'll get a weekend pass for just $7.00!
- Books & Spirits Bistro opens - The Books & Spirits Bistro is open all evening with music, a cash bar, and tasty food offerings. Relax in the bistro for a bit after work, then enjoy the event!
- Enjoy shopping and readings with all of our amazing exhibitors until 9:00pm.
- Check out the Celestial Selfie Station in the foyer - post to your socials with #BodyMindSpiritFest and share the love!
- We're having a Treasure Hunt! Pick up your self-guided treasure map at check-in and see if you can find all the answers - drop your completed map into the golden drum for a chance to win a gift basket from Inner Journey ~ Books & Gifts that Feed the Soul!
- Soft Plastics Drive begins. Bet that wasn't something you expected to read! We have a team here at Unity of Roanoke Valley dedicated to keeping plastic out of our waterways and landfills. They're collecting and recycling soft plastics - bring yours and drop it off in the collection bins in the Books & Spirits Bistro! Scroll down to the Presentations Downloads for the flyer.

- Drum Circle with Linda Macchia of The Beat Goes On - Follow the signs to the drum circle outside under the big trees in the upper parking lot! Bring your own drum (a few drums will be available for loan) and your friends. Chairs provided. No ticket is required to participate.

- Featured Guest Presentation with Azurae Windwalker in Room G (downstairs) ~ Explore Your Massive Aurora Ascension Downloads! Enjoy an opportunity to integrate, smooth out, decode and explore the fantastic new energy we are receiving in a mini Ascension UPlift UPshift Journey at Unity of Roanoke Valley on Friday, June 7th. You will experience a direct Angelic and White Light Master healing intervention assisted by the Koshi chimes, chanting, and aroma therapy.

- Kirtan with Bhakti Kulani and Universal Dances of Peace on the patio in the Rose Garden. You must purchase a ticket to the event to access Kirtan and Universal Dances of Peace.

- Interactive Karate Demonstration with American Freestyle Karate on the patio in the Rose Garden. You must purchase a ticket to the event to watch the demo.
4:30pm
- Guided Labyrinth Walk with Grace Wood. Enjoy her presentation, Walking the labyrinth - A Spiritual Practice, at 4:00pm in Room G (downstairs) and then join her afterwards for a meditative experience at the labyrinth!

- Make Your Own Candle with Get Lit Candle Bar in Room A (upstairs) Join Lindsay for a relaxing afternoon crafting your personal intention candle, complete with crystals, charms, essential oils, and more! You must purchase a ticket to the event to access the candle bar. Prices vary.

- Qigong Demonstration with Teruyo Mercer of Spring Forest Qigong Practice Group on the patio in the Rose Garden. You must purchase a ticket to the event to watch the demo.
- Sound Bath with Ginger Quinn of Restoreth Sound and Vibration Healing in Room G (downstairs). Suggested love offering of $15.00, give what you can, no one turned away. You'll pay Ginger on Sunday. Limit 15 people - sign up at check-in. Kindly bring a mat, pillow, blanket, or anything you need to be comfortable. You must purchase a ticket to the event to participate in the sound immersion.
