Body Mind Spirit Fest begins - Admission is just $7.00 daily or $10.00 for a weekend pass! The first 25 people to purchase a ticket on Good Vibes Friday will get a free baby dragon!
Books & Spirits Bistro opens - The Books & Spirits Bistro is open all evening with music, a cash bar, and tasty food offerings. Relax in the bistro for a bit after work, then enjoy the event!
Enjoy shopping and readings with all of our amazing exhibitors until 9:00pm.
Check out the Celestial Selfie Station in the Inner Journey bookstore - post to your socials with #BodyMindSpiritFest and share the love! The LOVE sign is in the parking lot for more selfie fun!
We're having a Treasure Hunt! Pick up your self-guided treasure map at check-in and see if you can find all the answers - drop your completed map into the golden drum for a chance to win a gift basket from Inner Journey ~ Books & Gifts that Feed the Soul!
Fill out a postcard and drop it in the Enchanted Mailbox in the Inner Journey bookstore. We'll make sure the postal gnomes return it to you later in the year.
Pet Food Drive - We're collecting canned/bagged dog and cat food during the event! We will distribute them to several rescues. Kindly make sure your donations are not expired, cans are not dented, bags are unopened and not torn/damaged, and original labels are intact.

Small Things Coffee & Thrift opens - grab one of their specialty drinks before the Sunday service at 11:00am! About Small Things Coffee & Thrift: My two favorite things in life are thrifting and coffee so why not combine them? I have been wanting to open my own coffee shop for about 5 years now and had the idea to start as a trailer first. My experience in the restaurant industry has taught me that the smallest things matter most when it comes to delivering excellent service and products. And funny enough, my last name is Small, so there birthed the name of my coffee & thrift trailer- Small Things. We curate warm and intentional experiences, whether it’s enjoying a drink made with homemade syrup, finding a whimsical pair of earrings, or just a delightful conversation. We do the small things that make a big difference.

Outdoor Sunday Service under the trees with live music - you're invited! If it rains we will move to the Rose Garden patio under the big tent. (To avoid interrupting the service, kindly avoid coming up the hill between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm - thank you!)

Sound Bath with Ginger Quinn of Restoreth Sound and Vibration Healing in Room G (downstairs). Ginger uses Himalayan singing bowls and gong to wash you in waves of sounds and vibrations that induce a tranquil harmony of the mind, body, and spirit. The soft sounds and soothing vibrations of the Himalayan healing bowls are an excellent way to improve emotional wellness by reducing stress and anxiety and bringing inner harmony and peace. Suggested love offering of $15.00, give what you can, no one turned away. You'll pay Ginger on Sunday. Limit 15 people - sign up at check-in. Kindly bring a mat, pillow, blanket, or anything you need to be comfortable. You must purchase a ticket to the event to participate in the sound immersion.

Qigong Demonstration with Teruyo Mercer of Spring Forest Qigong Practice Group on the patio in the Rose Garden. Qigong has been practiced for thousands of years. Qi means energy, and gong means to work with. Qigong is simply working with your body’s own energy and is one of the best ways to help maintain a healthy lifestyle. Teruyo also leads a weekly Qigong class at Unity of Roanoke Valley on Thursdays! You must purchase a ticket to the event to watch the demo. Rain cancels the demo.
